I have recently resumed work on my two roster projects.  Two major features are in the process of being implemented:  Custom Fields, and integration with external DKP management applications.

Custom fields

After having been on my ToDo list for over a year I have finally decided to attack that one.  The next version of both LOTRoster and RMSA will let you define up to five custom fields, name them anything you want, and be able to manually enter any type of data into those fields.

Each field can individually be set to allow or deny your users to edit their content.  Also, admins can easily insert either an hyperlink or an inline image in those fields - useful for keeping track of raid loot, for example.

Basic DKP Management tool integration

LOTRoster and RMSA will be able to import DKP data from an external DKP management tool, and allow you to display them on your roster just like any other field.  The whole interface is designed around small modules (just like the forum/CMS integration interface), which makes it easy to add support for other DKP management tools.  So far I have EQDKPPlus implemented as a test bed, but once the backend is completed I will be looking for other similar tools to support.

I currently have no ETA on either release, but I expect to have something out in a couple of weeks if everything goes as planned.
